The Residence consists of eight apartments and suites, situated along the characteristic central court, the “Baglio”. The accommodations are fully refurbished at an exceptional standard, and restored to keep the allure of a traditional Sicilian Villa.

The so-called Baglio, which is typical of this area, is the wide court found inside most traditional Sicilian Villas, which were built by the local nobles between XVI and XIX century. Built in 1785, immersed in silence among the olive and carob trees and characteristic dry-stone walls of the Sicilian countryside, the Baglio and the Villa retains all the charm of the ancient manor house. They are a gateway to the wonders of the Ragusa area.

The observation deck
Located directly above the main court, it overlooks the whole countryside. It is a great place to take in the stunning panoramic view, such as Sicily’s beautiful sunsets and one can also see the sea out on the horizon. At dusk it becomes the perfect place for an aperitivo.

The swimming pool
The infinity pool, as the rest of the property, is blissfully immersed with nature and it is encircled by white local rocks, which are typical in Sicily. No doubt, it is the ideal place to relax and get a nice Mediterranean tan. You can take a dip in the crystal clear water and chill-out alongside the pool at the Solarium/Veranda area where the bright Sicilian sun shines all day.
